How a chapter works

Data and measurement

Chapter 4 of the path above.

  • Day 1A short read on what this chapter builds, and why the role cares.
  • Each dayOne short session: a primer in the app, real material outside it with a clear assignment, then practice with feedback.
  • BuildsAnalytics tools and marketing analytics, through practice you actually do.
  • It endsWhen you rate both skills from that work. Then you pick the next chapter.
What a chapter finishes with

Marketing analytics dashboard

Chapter 3, the first thing you make.

A marketing analytics dashboard with a funnel, retention, and a short insights memo. You build it from a real brief, and when it's done it goes on your shelf, the first piece you can show.

Every chapter ends in something real like this, not a lesson you've watched.

By the last chapter, this is what you can show.

Things you've made

A marketing analytics dashboard: funnel, retention, and an insights memo.

Skills you can back

10 role skills, each rated from practice you actually did.

People you've reached

The outreach moves you've made to working marketers: sends and follow-ups.

Questions you can answer

20 interview questions, easy to hard, with feedback on every answer.

Credentials

One credential route, chosen from nine with the trade-offs in front of you.

Where a career quiz ends, this begins: everything here opens in the app.

LIFE SKILLS AND WELLBEING

Employers hire for more than technical skills.

Most career platforms teach the technical skills of a role, and stop there. Welica also builds your soft skills and your steadiness. Getting hired, and growing after, takes both.

7 of 10

Across 82 million job postings, seven of the ten skills employers ask for most are skills like communication and teamwork. Not technical skills.

America Succeeds and Lightcast

No. 2

Resilience is the second most needed skill on employers' lists. It ranks ahead of almost every technical skill.

World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs 2025

89%

When a new hire does not work out in the first 18 months, the reason is almost always attitude. Steadiness, coachability, motivation. Not technical skill.

Leadership IQ, 20,000 new hires tracked

This is why Welica includes Life Skills courses and daily wellbeing check-ins. They are not extras. They are the other half of ready.

Inside the platform

One clear next step, every day.

Your full path becomes a short daily plan. Open Welica, do the next useful thing, and watch the evidence build.

  • Today shows one focused action, not an overwhelming checklist.
  • Each action connects to the role, skill, or project you are building toward.
  • Your plan adjusts as you finish work, change pace, or choose a different route.

How the work is changing

AI is changing roles unevenly. We show you where.

Welica reviews every field and role monthly: which tasks are shifting, which judgement still matters, and when a nearby role offers a stronger way in.

Marketing & Communications

Moderate AI impact14 roles inside

Marketing is being reshaped faster than almost any field right now.

AI is taking the production layer, while the taste, judgement, and customer instinct that decide what to make stay with you.

A plan you can actually stick with.

Career preparation takes months, not one quiz. Welica keeps the next step small and the rest of your life in the plan.

A note from the founder

I built Welica because figuring out careers is hard, especially now, with AI quietly changing what comes next for all of us. This is honest guidance, something that respects who you are without pushing you to perform. Use Welica at your own pace. I hope it grows with you.

Questions

Things people often ask.

What is a path?

Every role in Welica has a preparation path: the skills to build, projects that prove them, outreach to the people who hire, interview practice, and a monthly-reviewed read on where the field is heading. You work through it a little each day.

Who is Welica for?

Young adults picking or preparing for a career, and people already in a role who want to grow in it. The experience is shaped by what you tell us at the start.

Why does a career platform include life skills and wellbeing?

Because roles are not only technical. Employers rank communication, resilience, and self-awareness among the skills they hire for. And a path takes months to walk. The courses build the first set. The daily check-ins keep you steady for the rest. Careers are the spine. Life skills and wellbeing are how you stay on it.

How do you use AI?

To track how AI is changing each role and field, to give feedback on your practice answers, and to help the coach suggest your next step. We tell you when it's involved. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Is the content updated as the world changes?

Yes. The career intelligence is reviewed monthly, and every screen that uses it shows its review date.

What devices does Welica run on?

iPhone and Android. Download Welica from the App Store or Google Play.
